June Challenge

This month's challenge is a fitness one. It doesn't matter what you can do today or tomorrow, but by the end of the month I hope you can complete 100 push- ups and 200 sit- ups per day. This may sound like a lot to some, but I promise, YOU can do it. Start small. Challenge yourself to do 20 push-ups 5 times through out the day. Before you know it, you have reached 100. Go for it! ...For the record, I need this challenge as much as anyone else. I have been a HUGE slacker, so this challenge is just as much for me as it is you.

Lisa, I'm lucky if I get 10 kind of push ups in a day. I guess I'll be better at trying. Wha, wha, wha!

oh my gosh, I have been without a computer for a couple days and I have missed out on so much! I love Love this challenge. I am on a kick cause I got a free month pass at the gym and started walking and doing circuit trainging with some girls. Thanks I will try it today. We should all post before and after shots in Bakinis-SIKE!

Lis, count me in on Flashbacks but out for this one. No exercising for this lazy girl. I have issues... You are so good though and inspire me to maybe someday want to be in shape!

everyone is thinking Lisa is the gladiator but girls calm down. You dont do them all at once. I did it today and seriously its doable. Its all about being consistent. I put a calendar on the wall and am going to check the days I have a success. 1 check so far

Good job ladies. The most I can do at one time is 45 regular. I usually alternate between 20 reg. and then 20 modified. It is the best work out for arms, abs and back. Change up your hand position and you will work all different areas. Keep going...

Lisa got me hooked on the pushups ever since we left our cabin trip together a few months ago.
